標題: 受難節宣講 A Sermon on Good Friday

感謝主讓我今早於受難節崇拜宣講時，Thanks God for my sermon in the morning of Good Friday. Many people were touched.
見會眾專心聆聽及多人被真理觸動而流淚！

據悉康熙皇帝是聽了西方傳教士南懷仁來宮中談及基督信仰後，深受感動而作過一首詩：
A great emperor in Qing Dynasty, Kangxi, wrote this poem after talking about the Christian faith with the missionary Ferdinand Verbiest (1623－1688）

「功成十架血成溪，百丈恩流分自西。
He reached His task by dying on the Cross [in the shape like the Chinese character "ten"] and bleeding like a river. Hundreds of mercy flew from the west.

身列四衙半夜路，徒方三背兩番雞。
He was interrogated four times during midnight. His disciple denied him three times before the cock crowed twice.

五千鞭撻寸膚裂，六尺懸垂二盜齊。
Five thousands of slashes cracked His skin and flesh. Two robbers were nailed on the Six-feet Crosses with Him.

慘慟八垓驚九品，七言一畢萬靈啼。
Eight domains and officials of nine ranks were scared. Ten thousands of creatures cried at once after the Seven Last Words of Christ.」

康熙對於這位肯替人的罪被釘在十字架上的耶穌，顯然受感不已。
Kangxi was touched by the man on the cross who died for the sins of other people.

I was surprised to meet a pastor who traveled from Macau to Hong Kong today. I felt I met a native of Macau. I knew he's a native in Hong Kong. Did a Macau native meet a Hong Kong native or Hong Kong native meet a Macau native? It's an interesting question.

有20名親人在災區的小王看見記者從通往汶川的路走出來時，不斷問記者：「某地怎樣麼？」「某廠怎樣？」，「有沒有見過某人？」

The reporter couldn't answer him. He was disappointed. On his way, he said, "I can't even cry out! You Hong Kong people like praying. Please pray for me that every one (of my family) can be alive!" (Hong Kong Economic Times, Thursday, May 15, 2008)

People who are suppressed have the rights to appeal. Justice has to be done to innocents.
So I like a TV program . The emperor Kang Xi went out with casual wear and learnt how people suffered. Then he redressed injustice.
